Devil’s Hoof – new generation of drum pedal

We present you the new generation of twin drum pedal made in Poland – Devil’s Hoof. Our main goal during the implementation of this project was to create the uncompromising drum pedal, determining new standards, in which not the economical interest but reliability of the equipment, handling comfort, quality and robustness will be on the first place.

Our product is not dedicated to the particular group of people, but playing it, enables highly experienced musicians to verify their opinions about playing and introduces beginners to brand new, unknown precise playing.

In the next part we will try to visualize you the construction and the principle of operation of majority of the elements to introduce you our product as well as we can and to give you the chance to decide whether it suits your requirements or not.

The whole set is made in 100% with the machines with computer numerical control – CNC, 100% of production is carried out in our company in Wroclaw what ensures the full control over the product, and also full dimensional repeatability and high workmanship. We don’t use any castings or any other economically cheap solutions because there is no place for compromises when it comes to the quality and robustness. During production of the elements we used high-class aluminum 2017 and high-alloy steel. All of the steel elements mating with each other are hardened so there are no marks from tightening, screws, etc. All joints in which the elements are rotating are equipped with bearings. Threads are made with kneading method and are far more resistant than standard cut threads.

All of our drum pedals are supplied in professional case and are marked with serial number. The Purchaser is provided with certificate of originality. We also provide you with the Allen wrench to make necessary adjustments, replacement of springs and forged steel wrench for square bolts.

To simplify this text, we are going to use expressions: twin drum pedal – Twin, single drum pedal – Single.

We ask you to thoroughly read this instruction and to follow all the instructions during the usage of equipment. The user can only make adjustments defined here. Not following these instructions, disassembling the equipment or modifying it on your own will result in the loss of warranty.
